All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the store within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 3-10 days of your order date.

If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it atleast 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.

Items are almost always shipped together. There may, from time to time be an instance where your items will be shipped in separate packages, but it is not the norm.

You can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us. As long as we receive your email before the item is shipped, we will be happy to accommodate you!

Sure do! We have a 60 day return policy as long as the item is unused. If you receive a damaged item, or it does not meet your expectations in any other way, please contact us and we'll arrange for your refund. You can always return in store too!

When we ship, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number which will allow you to monitor your package's journey to your door.

A great question! Because our business is seasonal, we tend to stock in the spring, and sell out as the fall approaches. This is not always the case, but it's a fairly common scenario. If we do not intend to restock the item, we try to take it down from the website in a timely manner. You can always check back from time to time to see if an item has been restocked, or feel free to send an email our way and we'll let you know the timeline!
